📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, cold brews, and specialty coffees.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ensure the café is clean and well-stocked, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide a personalized coffee experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
