You'll also conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of your training initiatives and make data-driven improvements. With your expertise in adult learning principles and a keen understanding of the marketing and sales landscape, you'll help our teams develop the skills and knowledge they need to drive our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for marketing and sales teams using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Conduct needs assessments and create customized training plans tailored to the specific needs of our teams.
• Develop and maintain an e-learning library using platforms like Moodle or Docebo.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to support our teams' growth.
• Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales training.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify training opportunities and provide ongoing support.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and reference materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, adult learning, or instructional design.
• Certification in adult learning principles (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for marketing and sales teams.
• Strong understanding of e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle, or Docebo.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
