🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing business operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and helpdesk tools, such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
