As Direktur Energi Hijau, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from feasibility studies and funding acquisition to construction and operation. You'll manage a team of experts, collaborate with engineers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of energy in Indonesia, with a competitive salary of IDR 50,000,000 to IDR 70,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of renewable energy projects, focusing on solar, wind, and hydro power.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of renewable energy equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for new projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community groups.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
• Represent PT Energi Bersih Nusantara at industry conferences and events.
• Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian energy regulations and policies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Experience in securing funding and managing partnerships with government agencies and international organizations.
