Medical Laboratory Scientist (Project-Based) - Leading Diagnostic Clinic in Bali

We are expanding our operations to Bali, Indonesia, and we are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in Canggu, Badung. This is a project-based role that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growing presence in the island.

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist at New World Diagnostics, Inc, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures the accuracy and reliability of our diagnostic services. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine tests, and other specialized tests. Your daily tasks will involve sample collection, processing, and analysis, using state-of-the-art equipment and software such as the Sysmex XT-2000i and Mindray BS-240.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests with high accuracy and precision.
• Ensure the proper collection, processing, and storage of clinical specimens.
• Interpret and analyze test results using advanced laboratory equipment and software.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and report test results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic information.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical laboratory science and implement new techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
• Certification from a recognized medical laboratory science board, such as the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory (NAACLS) or American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including the Sysmex XT-2000i and Mindray BS-240.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
