As an In-House Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting thorough interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct initial and final interviews, and make hiring recommendations
• Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our talent pipeline
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Workday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
