Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium teas and coffees using high-quality ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of beverages and supplies.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing shifts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in tea and coffee preparation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of various tea and coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Passionate about tea and coffee and committed to delivering exceptional beverage experiences.
