📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Administer HRIS systems like Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors to maintain accurate employee records and process payroll.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, aligning with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing training programs and workshops for employees.
• Monitor labor compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of employee benefits programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the food industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
