📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones.
• Create detailed maps and plans using AutoCAD, Trimble, and Leica Geosystems software.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align surveying activities with project goals.
• Provide accurate measurements and data for construction, ensuring projects are built to specification.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on survey findings and project status.
• Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction surveying, with a strong background in land development and building construction.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Trimble, and Leica Geosystems software.
• Valid surveying certifications, such as a Professional Surveyor’s License or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and environmental standards in Bali.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools, such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Ability to travel to various project sites across Bali as needed.
