📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Monitor and measure process performance using metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure process improvements align with business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on new processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process management.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or a similar role.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related process improvement methodology.
• Proficient in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio and Process Street.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
