📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implement safety measures to protect staff and goods.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and the efficiency of warehouse operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Experience in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
