📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in planning and implementing educational activities tailored to the needs of children with disabilities.,Support teachers in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Monitor and document the progress of children with disabilities in their learning journey.,Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop individual education plans (IEPs) for students.,Promote social inclusion and participation in classroom activities for children with disabilities.,Assist in organizing and participating in therapeutic and recreational activities for students.,Maintain open communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.,Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of all students.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.,Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children with disabilities.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with teachers and support staff.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,First aid and CPR certification is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
