📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging and effective.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Evaluate and select training providers and instructors as needed.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee development.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.
