Manage and grow key accounts within the FinTech Payments sector, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner.,Understand client business needs and deliver tailored payment solutions that meet their requirements.,Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FinTech Payments.,Represent NTT DATA Payment Services at industry events and conferences.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role within the FinTech Payments industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.,Strong understanding of payment solutions and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
