📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
