📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained to meet customer expectations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the restaurant.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being a plus.
