📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to schedule.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Oversee the safety and compliance of all vehicles.,Generate and maintain detailed reports on fleet performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to drivers on vehicle maintenance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
