Makmur Elsa Restaurant is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.,Proficient in using computer software and tools for inventory management, scheduling, and data analysis.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the Indonesian hospitality industry and local market trends.
