Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate business communications between Private Advertiser and Chinese clients, ensuring clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate translations and interpretations.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with Chinese clients, representing Private Advertiser professionally and effectively.
• Translate and interpret business documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports, using specialized translation software such as Trados or MemoQ.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, understanding their business needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cultural nuances, and best practices in business communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business communications align with company goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to other team members on cultural awareness and effective communication strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business communications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a business communication specialist or translator, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and customs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados or MemoQ.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
