Bright Star Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Yogyakarta. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests arriving at the reception desk with a warm and professional demeanor.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and accurate responses.,Manage the reception area, including answering phones, directing visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and check-ins/check-outs.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure guest satisfaction.,Lead and supervise junior receptionists, providing training and guidance as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of receptionist policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.,Familiarity with local regulations and procedures related to hospitality and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
