Hotel Gita Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team. As the Lead Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations of our hotel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to accounting and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel industry accounting practices and systems is a plus.
