📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth.,Analyze client data and provide insights to improve business strategies.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and account information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
