📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses for management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
