📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.,Monitor and control the company's expenses, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with financial goals.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations to management.,Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of the Indonesian food and beverage industry is a plus.
