📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing and maintaining the customer service database using Salesforce
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from members and potential clients
• Process membership renewals, cancellations, and new sign-ups
• Coordinate with the fitness instructors and other staff to resolve member concerns and requests
• Assist in organizing and managing member events and workshops
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information and interactions
• Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing support to the customer service team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
