PT Dwi Cipta is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations in Blora, Jawa Tengah. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Manage and train store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Promote the store's brand and products through various channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
