As a Senior Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
