📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions and strategies.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff to ensure high performance and accuracy in financial reporting.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with accounting trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
