📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.,Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.,Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong background in iOS and/or Android development.,Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development.,Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
