📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.,Lead and mentor HR staff and interns.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
