📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor system performance and ensure data backup and recovery.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.
