📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including maintenance, fuel, and vehicle inspections.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition, and that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely manner.,Monitor fuel usage and ensure that all vehicles are refueled according to schedule.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections and ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet operations, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and efficiency of the fleet.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
