📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist sales consultants in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotions.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales consultants.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
