Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics division,Ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently,Managing a team of operational staff and ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Ensuring that all safety regulations and procedures are followed,Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners,Ensuring that all operational activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics industry,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with logistics software and systems
