CV Emas Berkah is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Key Account Manager to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.,Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management and clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or SAP.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
