Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and lead a team of professionals, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and aligned with the department's goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
• Report to senior management on departmental performance, progress, and any issues or challenges.
• Recruit, train, and develop new talent to strengthen the department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
