We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team at CV Nusa Nagari. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings on various job portals.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and executing recruitment events and fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and sending follow-up emails.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
